ADMISSION PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS
Enrollment Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Submit a high school diploma, GED, or an essay of equivalent life experience, 3 to 5 typed double spaced pages.
- Submit a completed Application Form, current photograph of self, Enrollment Agreement, and all fees applicable. (See Administrative procedures.)
- Be willing to accept MIM's polices and procedures outlined on the Enrollment Agreement.
- Once we receive your Enrollment Agreement, we will send to you a liability insurance application. Please fill out the needed information, enclose a check for the amount of $39.00 made out to ABMP. Return the application to MIM for the Student Services signature. In the event that you have chosen to insure yourself privately, please enclose a photocopy of insurance card or certificate of insurance.
Admission Procedures
Five easy steps to start your Program. Check off your completed steps when done.
- Completed Application Form, with your personal goals. All personal goals are confidential and will not be released to third parties without consent from the student.
- Completed Enrollment Agreement. Make sure you mark the correct program. If your selected program differs from the 700 hours, please mark the Custom Program with selected hours, your state, and whether you'll be doing the On-Campus Seminar Program or the LTP.
- Application Fee $50.00 (nonrefundable)
- Registration Fee $100.00 (nonrefundable)
- First Payment of $600.00 (includes $150.00 of non-refundable fees)
Transfer of Credits
MIM makes no guarantee of credit transfer either to or from this Institution. Acceptance of credits from another institution is at the sole discretion of each receiving institution. MIM does not imply, promise, or guarantee transferability of credits earned to any other institution.
MIM does accept some transfer credits on a case by case basis. Proof of previous education must be submitted (no older than 5 yrs.) to be considered. The student must pass all written exams for each course to qualify for exemption from the courses. A testing fee of $50.00 per test will be charged to the student. The testing fee is non-refundable.

Each state has their own laws, which we require our students to search the laws and regulations they are subject to.
